1. Topic and page ownership

We start with a distinct user task, then check whether an existing page already owns that intent. Real Search Console, Bing, Baidu, analytics, and server-log evidence is used when available. Missing platform data stays marked as unverified; suggestions and third-party tools are trend references, not site performance facts.

  • One primary intent per page.
  • Improve an existing owner before creating a near-duplicate slug.
  • Do not invent search volume, ranking, CTR, indexing, or traffic.

2. AI-assisted drafting

AI-assisted drafting may support outlines, examples, editing, and translation. It is not treated as a source of facts. Material changes are checked for user value, internal consistency, unsupported claims, privacy risk, and fit with the page's assigned intent before publication.

3. Evidence and sources

For claims that depend on laws, product behavior, hiring-platform rules, statistics, or changing standards, we prefer primary and official sources. Examples are labeled as examples, not universal recruiter behavior. We avoid fake credentials, fake testimonials, fake ratings, and invented outcomes.

4. Updates and corrections

A page's visible review date and sitemap lastmod change only after a material content or technical update. We use search and site data to choose updates, but do not rewrite pages merely to simulate freshness. Readers can report a specific error through the contact page.

5. Publication checks

Before and after publication we check status, canonical, robots, title, description, H1, visible content, hreflang, sitemap, Schema, internal links, and mobile readability. IndexNow or sitemap submission is recorded only as a discovery notification, never as proof of indexing or ranking.
